DON'T JUST TRAIN HARDER. TRAIN WITH PURPOSE.
Objective force plate testing. Sport-specific development. Individualized programming built around the athlete—not a one-size-fits-all workout.
REAL DATA. BETTER TRAINING DECISIONS.
Force plates measure how an athlete applies force to the ground during testing. APD uses those results alongside the athlete's sport, experience, and goals to guide training—not to promise a particular result.
Understand your starting point
Evaluate jumping, force production, braking characteristics, power, and side-to-side differences.
Build a plan that fits
Develop strength, power, speed qualities, movement skills, and athletic readiness through age-appropriate progressions.
Track what changes
Members retest every four weeks. Results help guide future training adjustments and document progress over time.
TRAIN YOUR WAY.
Independent programming is designed for athletes training on their own schedule. Facility access and supervised coaching are not included in the prices below.

KNOW WHAT TO WORK ON NEXT.
Choose lower-body testing or add shoulder testing. Assessments provide information to guide training and track change; they are not medical diagnoses or injury predictions.

COACHING EXPERIENCE MEETS OBJECTIVE TESTING.
APD is led by a former professional baseball player and University of Georgia three-year starter with experience coaching athletic development across sports. Our goal is simple: give athletes a clear development plan and measurable feedback—not guesswork.
Based in Jasper, Georgia. Working with athletes across sports and developmental stages.
REQUEST A PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT.
After purchasing an assessment, tell us when you are available. This is an appointment request, not a confirmed booking; APD will follow up to coordinate your time. You can also request a time before purchasing.
